RTHK cameraman shot in the knee by rubber bullet
An RTHK photographer said his right knee was hit by a rubber bullet. It was as painful as if it had been hit by a hammer and he could not move though it was unlikely a fracture. First aiders managed him with ice pack. He was shot outside Hang Seng Bank on Prince Edward Road West. The police first fired tear gas, which hit him but it did not hurt. They later fired a rubber bullet which reflected off the ground and hit his right knee. He had to rest on the curbside at once. He did not understand why the police had to shoot in that direction where only reporters were around.
