Raptors (STS) knocked down elderly woman during chase in housing estate
On 8th January, A number of civilians arrived at Sheung Tak Estate in Tseung Kwan O, to remember Chow Tsz-Lok, who fell off the parking lot of the estate and died two moths ago. An elderly woman was knocked down by riot police, where a large team of whom entered the estate without notice, chased around and used pepper spray on civilians.
Hong Kong Legislation Cap. 212 Offences against the Person Ordinance ─ Section 40 Common assault
Any person who is convicted of a common assault shall be guilty of an offence triable either summarily or upon indictment, and shall be liable to imprisonment for 1 year.
