“Raptor” (STS) arresting civilians arbiturarily, threatening the reporters and attacking the subdued civilians violently
Now News posted an eight-minute video online. At 0:19, a Special Tactics Squad arrived at Hung Hom. They arrested civilians once they got off the police car. They first arrested someone who just passed by the area. At 0:44, “Raptor” (STS) wanted to beat female reporter from Now News. Luckily, he was stopped by the scream of the reporter. At 1:07, the “Raptor” provoked the reporters saying “Don’t be a reporter if you are scared.” At 1:17, the “Raptor” realized there were cameramen shooting, he then said, “Please stand at the back for the sake of Hong Kong.” At 2:10, the “Raptor” saw someone pass by and they flipped him down on the ground. At 2:45, the “Raptor” pulled up a subdued person and accused him of rebelling. He then flipped him down back to the ground. At 3:00, a female passerby saw how violent the police were. She was scared and helpless. She cried out loud. But the “Raptor” yelled loudly at her saying, “Go away.” At 3:52, the “Raptor” should be doing something wrong. They kept blocking the reporters and pushing their cameras. They finally pushed those reporters to 2 to 3 meters away. They still kept blocking the cameras and used strong light to interfere the shooting.
A teenager was pressed to the ground by a police. The police held his neck of which his cervical vertebra could be easily broken. The teenager was then pulled by and thrown onto the ground. His right face was injured. The other police around intentionally blocked the cameras and asked the reporters to back off.
