Police insulted a passerby with limited mobility, “Go home earlier if you are crippled.”

A citizen with limited mobility, who needed a crutch
for walking, and friends were passing by a group of riot police at Argyle Street. Police yelled at the citizen, “if you are crippled then go away”, “go home earlier if you are crippled”, they also pointed batons, shone strong light beam at them and raise yellow flag towards them (indicating that they are violating the law and may be prosecuted).
