Police Arrests Innocent Onlooking Bystanders

At night on 22nd September, while police officers were standing by in Kwai Fong station, riot police attempted to capture a middle-aged man scolding them but failed, and instead they turned to a bystanding young man. Without proper reason of suspect or explanation, they arrested the man and forcefully yanked his hair and tore his mask away, followed by slamming him to the ground. Other young people tried to film the police with their phones but were warned that only reporters have the authority to film police officers despite there being no such rule or law.
