Police arrest a by-standing young civilian without valid reasons

At around 11 pm on 22 September, when the police near Mongkok Police Station were dispersing the crowd, one of the police officers lost his temper suddenly.  He rushed to a by-standing young civilian and grabbed his clothes with force.  He tried to subdue the civilian and arrest him.  The young civilian didn’t attack anyone nor have whatsoever aggressive behaviours.  However, that police officer rushed to him without any prior warning.  The young civilian was then pulled inside the police cordon line.
