Plainclothes police officer without showing the warrant card gave instructions to those who were face-masked to attack civilians
On 11 October 2019 at 10 pm, a few suspected plainclothes police officers stopped and searched some young civilians on Ming On Street in Hunghom. As the suspected police officers didn’t show their warrant cards, those civilians planned to leave the scene but were stopped. Three civilians were subdued by those suspected police. One of the civilians was pushed to the road side next to a private vehicle and was then pressed on the ground by a suspected police officer. A female suspected police officer was talking to a walkie talkie saying, “3 people, 3 people” and “don’t fxxking move” out loud. Then she went, “this way, this way. Bro, this way.” She was giving instructions to the riot police (PTU) who just arrived at the scene.
