Now TV News Driver wounded by bean bag round, suffered brutal beatings during police custody

A driver from Now Tv News was shot and wounded by a bean bag round fired by the police just outside of the Mong Kok Police Station at around midnight.
The driver reported that he was on his way to the TV News Van when he was shot at the back of his head by a bean bag round. He was then arrested and taken into the police station shortly afterwards.
While in police custody, the driver stated he was brutally beaten by police officers and suffered multiple injuries including a fractured mandible.
2 hours had passed before the driver was finally released.
The driver is now admitted to a hospital and had to undergo surgery for his injuries.
