Intentionally twists protester’s joints, kneels on arrestee’s head
A large number of PTU officers conducted dispersal actions on the streets of Mong Kok at around 9:30 on 29th February, mainly taking place on Nathan Road. A man on Soy Street was forcefully arrested by the riot police. As he was thrown onto the ground, his shoulder joints were forcibly twisted by officers holding him down, with the man continuously letting out cries the whole time. His head was then kneeled on by the officers present.

Assault occasioning actual bodily harm
Any person who is convicted of an assault occasioning actual bodily harm shall be guilty of an offence triable upon indictment, and shall be liable to imprisonment for 3 years.
