Chief Inspector charged against and pointed a gun at citizens under no threats
On 7 Oct, when a squad of riot police patrolled near exit B of Whampoa metro station, a chief inspector was in heated quarrel with a pedestrian. He, under no threat, pulled out a gun and put it back to his waist. Then other police officers used pepper spray on spectating citizens and reporters. Some spectators threw debris at police officers. The riot police then left.
