Beat the youngsters who put up the posters: criminal damage charged arbiturarily
Police charged a boy and a girl with criminal damage in Shatin and arrested them.
Police officers at the scene claimed that they received a report saying some people in black and with masks put up posters in the subway of the cycling track outside Belair Garden. When the police arrived at the scene, 7 to 8 people ran away and went to New Town Plaza. They then arrested 2 people on the cycling track.
The arrested boy claimed he was hurt by the police’s baton and his right forehead was bleeding. The arrested girl was hurt too. Both of them were sent to Prince of Wales Hospital.
